SMS / Text Messaging Program
Program description. If you text Washington Injury Counsel at (206) 984-9797, you consent to receive conversational text messages from us about your inquiry or case. These include intake questions, scheduling, document requests and case updates. We do not send marketing, promotional or bulk text messages.
How you opt in. You opt in by sending us the first text message. We only text people who have contacted us first. Our first reply confirms that you have reached Washington Injury Counsel and explains how to opt out.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies with your conversation with us.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Opting out. You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. To opt back in, text us again.
